Below is a short overview on the steps involved with building a custom home on your land.

Step 1.

Design Process

 

We offer full service plan design services or we will gladly work with your preferred architect or suggestion an architect to offer guidance on the most cost effective materials and building practices. Involving the builder early on will help ensure the subsequent building phase goes smoothly, and most importantly on budget

 

Step 2.

Finalizing Plans & Selections

 

From site planning, foundation, HVAC, Insulation levels, Window & Door Efficiency options,  lighting, paint colors, appliances, plumbing fixtures and all the details of the project will be formally documented to ensure everything runs well during construction.

 

Step 3.

Costs and Financing Options

 

We will help guide you through the construction to pre-loan process, and can offer several lender options to evaluate and ultimately decide which program suites your needs best.

Construction

 

We take a personal hands-on approach to the building process.
